Impact analysis is to analyse the impact of the conducted training. The Course Coordinator and agency add impact analysis projects. The Trainee participates in the impact analysis and provides feedback.
Course Designer can add/modify and publish awareness campaigns, so that the awareness campaign calendar is visible in public domain.
The system allows capturing the activities/tasks involved in training process. As and when a task is completed the status of training is updated accordingly and if the task is not completed as per schedule, the system alerts the Course Coordinator by sending email and SMS messages.
Once the training is conducted then course coordinator needs to update its status , upload attendance and generate participation certification etc.
The system allows to design, modify and publish the training calendar for a financial year. Organization administrator views training proposed by the course designers and resolves any conflicts among the training proposed by different course designers and finally publishes the training calendar.
The Organization Administrator can link the Subject Areas to a financial year, identify the Subject Areas as Thrust Areas for his organization. However, schemes are defined at the state level for a particular financial year.
Trainees (HODs) can nominate their subordinates or participants of a scheme for a selected training. They need to open the page for “Nominate subordinates for Training†and fill all the required fields and then can nominate members as per requirement.
Yes, there can be multiple course designer within an organization.
A citizen can view training calendars, Request for an awareness campaign, browse through contents, upload a content, register as an agency or resource person. A trainee can view and apply for trainings and also will get notification for mandatory trainings which needs to be attended. In addition, trainee can give feedback for an attended training and also can participate in impact analysis for the attended training.
Elected Representatives and Panchayat Officials.
Course designers are responsible for adding trainings, prepare agenda & assign resource person for Training which result into training calendar. Course coordinator performs the activities for conducting a training like approving nominations for a training, generating invitation letters, maintaining trainees .
State Administrator approves the registration of resource person and training agencies.
As of now there is no provision to estimate the training budget. However, course coordinator can book the expenditure for a conducted training.

Course Co-ordinator (CC) will approve/reject the apply online registration of participants/trainees from Approve Nomination Page of Schedule Menu item.
Steps for View all the records in Training Management Portal: -
Course Co-ordinator (CC) will add/manage venue details from Training Resources Menu item in Training Management Portal.
Course Designer create the Feedback Template in Training Management Portal.
No. We can't make changes in training/programme.
No. of days for Feedback value are from 5 to 200 (Including).
Course Co-ordinator (CC) can upload attendances and change the status of training/programme in Training Management Portal.
There are 4 roles in Training Management Portal.
Steps for capturing Online feedback in Training Management Portal:-
Participants/Trainees can apply online registration through Apply Upcoming Training Link on Main Home Page of respective organization of Training Management Portal. Participants/Trainees can apply only in current and future date coming training programme.
Yes. Participants/Trainees can view the training material in Training Calendar Page after the training/programme have been completed.
